We've been developing our new music player for the past three months and it went live this week. It is far more advanced than the previous version, we've added track art work, schedule info, a preview stream option, track rating system and track links.
Now users can preview what's playing on the other channels without having to interrupt their music, they can also find web links to tracks they like so they can easily find out more info and download the tracks playing.
The rating system is designed to allow users the chance to rate each of the tracks. It is very important to us that we play music that suits our clients, so if there is a track they dislike or hear too often, they can simply rate it 1 out of 5 and we will remove it within the week. Conversely, if they love a track they can rate it five - then we can then add more tracks in a similar style, or more by that artist.
All the channels have around 750 tracks on them and are updated every month with 50-100 new tracks. Channels can be added for only £10 + VAT per month.
