The Scottish Whisky Experience Amber Restaurant has subscribed to Open Ear. As a prime tourist attraction situated next door to Edinburgh castle of the Royal Mile, Amber wanted to move away from playing traditional Scottish / celtic music but keep their Scottish musical identity. Open Ear designed playlists that represented the best in contemporary Scottish music, from folk / acoustic music to modern classical and jazz.
